CBD Packaging shop requires that all artwork, designs, and illustrations submitted by customers must be provided in CMYK format and have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. The company is not responsible for any color changes that occur during the conversion from RGB to CMYK color modes. Additionally, CBD Packaging shop is not liable for images that appear fuzzy, distorted, or pixelated due to customer-provided artwork.
CBD Packaging shop requires customers to approve proof evidence, whether electronic or hard copy, of the printing products. All print jobs involve the customer’s approval of the final artwork and job specification sheet. Once an order is placed, the company will send the customer a final artwork proof and job specification sheet via email. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all details mentioned in the specification sheet, including delivery dates and production timelines, and confirming that all their requirements have been accurately noted. CBD Packaging shop is not liable for any specifications or requests beyond what is stated in the final specification sheet.
Furthermore, it is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly review the final artwork proof, as proofreading is the customer’s responsibility. Unintended changes can occur due to the various ways files are prepared. The content shown on the final proof is what will be printed. CBD Packaging shop strongly recommends that customers print out the proof in full to check for positioning, spelling, and other design elements. The company will not be responsible for any design or spelling issues that are not identified by the customer and communicated to CBD Packaging shop immediately. After the customer’s approval, the design file and job specifications will be forwarded to the production department and printed as is.
CBD Packaging shop is not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by customers. Screen proofs are used to predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not color or density. The company will attempt to match the gradient density of each color in duo-tone, but is not liable for the final appearance of a duo-tone unless the customer orders a color match proof. Additionally, the application of lamination may affect or change the appearance of the printed colors. CBD Packaging shop is not legally responsible for the final color appearance of a laminated product.
Please note that the paper/card stock used for printing CBD Packaging shop’s products is not food-grade. Any such requirement should be communicated in writing immediately. If you have any specific food-grade requirements for the paper stock, please let the company know before placing the order.
Customer Responsibility for Proof and Layout Approval
CBD Packaging shop is NOT ACCOUNTABLE for mistakes in a printed product caused by any of the following:
CBD Packaging shop will replicate color from submitted print-ready files as closely as possible. However, the company cannot guarantee color match and color density because of limitations in the printing processes, different properties of various printing surfaces, as well as neighboring image ink requirements.
The accuracy of color reproductions is guaranteed to be within 90% of the final proof you approved.
Please note that CBD Packaging shop can only guarantee color reproduction for your print-ready files if you order a hardcopy proof for an additional charge. The company is not responsible for color variations between submitted print-ready images and the actual artwork or product they represent.
You agree that you shall indemnify and defend CBD Packaging shop and all parties from whom CBD Packaging shop has licensed portions of content, and their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these Terms and Conditions or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic or other material you incorporated into Products that was not part of the standard Site Content.
In no event shall CBD Packaging shop or its licensors, suppliers, or vendors, their officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether or not CBD Packaging shop has been advised of the possibility of damage, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the site or of failure to provide products or services that you order from CBD Packaging shop or its affiliates, including without limitation, damages arising from mistake, omission, virus, delay, or interruption of service.

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the day you approve the final specification sheet of your order, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 6 to 8 business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Due to the custom nature of printing and packaging products and other facilities we provide, you need to update us at cbdpackagingshop.com. We cannot grant a refund or credit to you; however, we will investigate the matter carefully. Once an order has been placed successfully, no refunds are issued for any design services orders.
Even though all orders are exceptional, and sales are final, if we acknowledge a mistake done by us, we will reprint the order without any refunds and credits.
The customer must notify cbdpackagingshop.com™ within 3 business days of order delivery of any defects, damage, or missing items discovered in the delivered products. cbdpackagingshop.com™ will not be accountable for any claims for defects, damage, or missing items that are not filed within 3 business days of the delivery date.
In order to receive replacement products, the customer must return (at their own expense) at least 99% of the received product within 10 days of the initial order delivery date. No returns will be accepted without prior written return consent from cbdpackagingshop.com™.
All charges related to expedite printing (rush printing or shipping) are not going to be refunded, including those orders that are returned for any reason.
Customers are responsible for inspecting all parcels for any noticeable signs of damage or missing items (when compared to the items listed on the enclosed packaging slips or invoices) before accepting delivery. In case of damage or missing items, the customers should notify cbdpackagingshop.com™ and the delivery courier immediately. cbdpackagingshop.com™ will not be responsible for any damage or missing items claims that are not filed by the customer within 3 business days of order delivery.

Each ordered product is usually shipped with a few extra pieces that are free of charge. Occasionally, an order shipment may have slightly fewer pieces than ordered. Printing trade standards allow for underage or overages of up to 5%. Therefore, if an exact quantity is needed, it is suggested that customers should order 10% over the required quantity.
Additional shipping and handling charges will be assessed for packages that have to be reshipped since an error was made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address.

After final proof approval, the products will be shipped in the least possible time. Product delivery time can vary depending on various factors including geographic location, transit availability, climate and more.

CBD Packaging shop will always act to print and ship orders in a timely manner. In no case shall the company be liable for any consequences or compensations resulting from any delay in the production, shipping, or delivery of the ordered products.
All CBD Packaging shop customers agree not to hold the company liable for delays in shipments caused by technical issues, weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond the company’s direct control.
Shipment and delivery dates are calculated based upon estimates provided by suppliers and recent order history.
